The first two cuts are most easily comparable to (No Pussyfooting): Wind on Water is a drone of countlesss guitar sounds, Evening Star a more candid guitar solo and tsininliamingsuppti.tatipstersicorligebouvacumhowa.infoinfo atmospheric above all. The awkward Evensong is an emulation of a music box using only guitar, and Wind on Wind is an excerpt of Discreet Music /5(61).

Aug 02, · Essentially No Pussyfooting is a tape recording album. That is, Eno taped Fripp's sonic experiments on guitar then manipulated the sounds by means of delays, looping and multi-tracking. Of itself this wasn't entirely new (a decade before Terry Riley had used synchronised tapes) but the sounds achieved were very different.
